The rewards aren't redeemable anymore, super aggravating! No matter how many ways I've attempted to edit things to redeem rewards, the system says that the item isn't added and can't be redeemed!! When I attempt to redeem in the store,depends on what manager is working, whether or not they'll comp it and apologize for the inconvenience. I hate that the employees have no access to assist customers..UGH!!!

placed an order at 12:30 to be delivered at 4:30 due to car being in shop. Received message order cancelled? Spent 20 minutes on hold. Still no reason for cancellation and finally told would be reimbursed for what I did not receive. No apologies or anything but goodbye. Poor customer service
